Sniper Forex will issue a full purchase price refund to you, our valued customer, if the Sniper Forex trading system fails to show a theoretical profit in your demo trading account within a period of 60 days from your date of purchase. Furthermore, all of our software licenses come with customer support via email at no extra charge. In other words, if you need clarification regarding our indicators and software, please contact us as we’re here to assist you!
We will fulfill our end of the bargain, which is to provide quality, proven indicators to trade successfully with the necessary service and support. However, we will need YOU to be diligent and put in the effort as well. You, the purchaser, in agreeing and taking advantage of this refund policy, are required to maintain an accurate record of all trades made during this 60-day period based on the buy/sell signals generated by Sniper Forex. In fact, this practice of keeping a trade journal is what every professional trader does as a systematic discipline. Thus, we strongly suggest keeping a trade journal, even after the 60-day refund policy period is over.
At minimum, your trade journal will need to have the following details:
Trading Journal Details
* Buy/Sell
* Date and Time of Trade
* Currency Pair Traded (recommend GBP/USD)
* Number of Lots Traded (recommend no more than 2% of your portfolio)
* Entry Price and Exit Price (based on indicators)
* Trade Result (expressed in pips)
In agreeing to this refund policy, you, the purchaser, fully understand agree that Sniper Forex will not issue a refund for any reason other than the system fails to show a theoretical profit after 60 days of correctly demo-trading with the Sniper Forex system and indicators, and clearly documenting the trades in a trading journal.
By this policy, please note that Sniper Forex does not offer nor infer any other warranty or guarantee. Forex trading carries inherent risk and you, the purchaser, should ensure you have read and fully understood the Risk Disclosures displayed upon our web site. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund without having received and examined a copy of your demo trading record for the 60 day period containing the trade journal details as outlined above.
